Rick Fineman, CSP, ARM

Vice President - Risk Management Services

Rick joined ICW in October 2014 as the Vice President of Risk Management Services. He manages ICW risk management consultants, administration and the consulting center through a network of regional managers. Rick has spearheaded our move toward Risk Management consulting and omni-channel delivery of services for the Risk Management team at ICW Group. Rick has over 28 years in various safety and risk management positions throughout the industry. In addition to running his own consulting practice, Rick has been corporate Risk Manager and Personnel Director for a large, international heavy industrial construction contractor, and spent nearly 15 years in various positions of authority for Liberty Mutual Group including managing the Risk Management Consulting and Industrial Hygiene Group and leading the Western Region Underwriting team. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Safety and Health from Central Washington University in 1988, and holds a Certified Safety Specialist (CSP) designation as well as Associate in Risk Management (ARM). In his spare time, Rick can be found working with his favorite Charities, walking his dogs, or studying jiu jitsu.
